VITICULTURE: Average age of the pplots is 46 years. Working methods are alternative, following the lunar calendar. Manually harvested with careful monitoring and control of grape maturity. We use two pneumatic presses, 2000 and 4000 kg capactiy.
VINIFICATION: Divided into plots. Stainless steel or enamelled steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Harvest 2016. Bottled in 2018.
AGING: one year in oak tuns, average ageing in bottle: 4 years.
